Alexandra Diane

Alexandra Diane grew up in the sunshine state, running barefoot on the beaches and creating elaborate fairytales for the princesses living in the sand castles. This was just the beginning of her love for fantasy.

Starting at a very early age, Alex was always telling outrageous stories to anyone and everyone who would listen, and when her mother would ask when the stories happened, Alex would always say, “ten years ago in Mexico.”

With a deep fascination of all worldly religions and a healthy obsession of fantasy and history, she creates adult fairy tales with a healthy dose of magical realism.(© http://www.alexandradiane.com)

Angela Scott

I hear voices. Tiny fictional people sit on my shoulders and whisper their stories in my ear. Instead of medicating myself, I decided to pick up a pen, write down everything those voices tell me, and turn it into a book. I’m not crazy. I’m an author. For the most part, I write contemporary Young Adult novels. However, through a writing exercise that spiraled out of control, I found myself writing about zombies terrorizing the Wild Wild West—and loving it. My zombies don’t sparkle, and they definitely don’t cuddle. At least, I wouldn’t suggest it.

I live on the benches of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains with two lovely children, one teenager, and a very patient husband. I graduated from Utah State University with a B.A. degree in English, not because of my love for the written word, but because it was the only major that didn’t require math. I can’t spell, and grammar is my arch nemesis. But they gave me the degree, and there are no take backs.

As a child, I never sucked on a pacifier; I chewed on a pencil. I’ve been writing that long. It has only been the past few years that I’ve pursued it professionally, forged relationships with other like-minded individuals, and determined to make a career out of it.

Bonnie R. Paulson

There are people who know a lot about a little, we’ll call them experts. Then there are people, like Bonnie, who don’t specialize, but rather gather information like pebbles in their pockets and drop them like Hansel & Gretel in the stories they write.

The question is, do you want to follow them back?

Certified as a Radiologic Technologist, Bonnie prefers a touch of medical in her storylines. Don’t be surprised if the romance somehow runs through a hospital or comes in contact with a paramedic. It’s just how she rolls. And you know there's nothing more romantic than an 18 gauge needle poking your vein!

She and her Hubs delight in dirtbiking, snowboarding, fishing, cooking, eating, spending time together and more with their adorable children. (© www.bonnierpaulson.com )

 C.A. Kunz

A total love of all things supernatural is what inspired this fifty-four year young mom and her twenty-six year old son to put this story on paper.

Carol Kunz was born in New Ferry, England. Her interest in the supernatural was first sparked upon meeting a ghost at the age of eight. As a teenager, she was always fascinated by the mythology behind vampires, werewolves and witches. Being an avid reader, Carol finds it easy to spend several hours wrapped up in a great fantasy novel.

Adam Kunz was born in Newport News, Virginia. Growing up, he was a huge fan of creature features and books about things that go bump in the night. When he is not busy writing, Adam enjoys his job at a certain theme park in Orlando, Florida as a décor consultant. This job brings him face to face with all sorts of nightmarish creatures, especially when he decorates the haunted houses for the park’s annual Halloween event.

Carol and Adam currently reside forty-five minutes away from each other in the sunny state of Florida. The Childe is their debut novel. (© http://www.facebook.com/C.A.Kunz11)

Courtney Cole

I’m young(ish).  And tall(ish).  And girl(ish).  And I like to use the suffix “-ish” apparently.   All of that translates into the fact that I’m a 30′s-something Paranormal YA author who is 5’10″ and likes girly things like hot pink nail polish, flowers and high heels.

I also love adverbs.  Love, love them. Even though I’m not supposed to.  Even though I’m supposed to cut every single one of them out of my work with a sharpened scalpel.  I don’t- because I love them! (© www.courtneycolewrites.com)

Devyn Dawson

I live in New Bern, NC - home to a very famous author...nope, not me. He writes for adult women, I write for young adult teens.

All about me..... that story isn't nearly as interesting as the stories I write. The young adult genre has my heart...does that prove I never grew up? I love everything paranormal in the YA spectrum. There are so many fabulous authors that have created amazing worlds for teens to read about. More adults should check it out, they might find themselves sitting up past 10 to read the next chapter. Just sayin' (

D.L. Blade

I grew up in southern California where I studied at The California Healing Arts College for massage therapy, then working as a Massage Practitioner for thirteen years. I now live in Colorado, where I worked in the real estate business for a time, before deciding to focus on family and writing.

I always loved writing, concentrating on poetry rather than prose when I was younger. That changed however, when I had a dream one night that inspired my debut novel, The Dark Awakening.

In my spare time, I enjoy a wide variety of hobbies, including reading, attending rock concerts, and exploring new vegan restaurants in Denver.

In the future, I hope to continue to write exciting novels that will captivate my readers and bring them into the worlds that I create using my imagination. (

Elena Andrews

Elena Andrews always dreamed of becoming an author. She attended writer’s conferences as young as twelve with her mother, also a published author.

Growing up, she moved often, including exciting destinations such as Las Vegas, New York, Hawaii, and Miami. Her love of reading and writing continued despite the hours she spent rowing on the Charles River in Boston for her college crew team, or the nights dancing at Miami’s hottest alternative clubs on South Beach.

Today, Elena lives in Pennsylvania with her family and three cats, two rabbits and fish. She enjoys the outdoors, baseball, candy and skim lattes. And yes, she misses the Miami club scene! (
